Successful, long-term weight management has four parts: Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, Lifestyle Changes and Regular Contact with your Health Professionals. Goals of this class will be to help balance the first three components so you can achieve your weight management goals. Together we will learn how many calories to eat and how to choose foods and portion sizes so that weight management will be easier. Group is limited to 20 adults
